All products purchased from Babythings4u are covered by a 6 month guarantee.
We recommend that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period.
If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must be returned in their original packaging.

If there's a fault Within 6 months of Receiving your Item

If you've had the item for up to 6 months following the date of receipt, we'll repair the item or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.

Your item must be boxed otherwise a £25.00 repackaging and administration fee will be applied.

If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.

If there's a fault after 6 months of Receiving your Item

We can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair of the item on your behalf, normal carriage costs (£15.00 per box mainland UK, £25.00 per box Highlands / Northern Ireland) apply for collection and re-delivery, a £25.00 administration charge also applies.
